Initially I went to Art School and then after years working with Multimedia I've returned to making Sculpture. I live in East Sussex with my 6yr old son and partner of 12 years, Matt Davies.

| It is with deep gratitude that I have been dancing this wonderful practice of 5 Rhythms for the last twelve years. I first came across this practice via Shamanic trance-dance and Gestalt therapy. In 2008 I completed the teacher training, and am now an accredited 5 Rhythms teacher, apprenticed to Gabrielle Roth. I mainly teach in London, Brighton and Forest Row. I have collaborated to co-facilitate with different teachers: 'Sound and Body Resonance' with Nikki Slade (in London), 'Dance Your Art Out' with Katarzyna Pugowska (in Poland) and will be offering 'Centred in Sexuality' with Leora Lightwoman this year (in London). In my own dance practice I am a student of Andrea Juhan (amongst other teachers), I'm currently dancing my way along her two-year 'Libido' course.
